Molybdenum wire mesh is a kind of non-ferrous metal mesh and a type of rare metal mesh. it can be made of pure molybdenum wire or molybdenum alloy wire. Due to its excellent characteristics such as the sixth highest melting point, low elongation, good electrical and thermal conductivity. The better is the density of molybdenum is about half that of tungsten and it is more ductile than tungsten. Thus, molybdenum mesh is widely used in various fields, e.g. furnace, petroleum, chemical, food, medical, machinery, and so on. The main usage is filtering, sieving, heating element, and other special purposes.

According to the weaving patterns, molybdenum wire mesh has plain weave, twill weave, dutch weave patterns with square and rectangular-shaped holes on the surface.

Bright molybdenum mesh: Pure molybdenum wire as raw material for bright molybdenum mesh, with graphite emulsion coating removed on the surface, with molybdenum content ≥99.95%

Black molybdenum mesh: made of pure molybdenum wire with graphite emulsion coating on the surface
