Product Description

Nickel is a silver color metal that has been recognized as a highly versatile transition metal. According to the purity, nickel has different material types, such as the N2, N4, N6 and N8. Because it has excellent corrosion resistance in both air and water, and tends to be used as a coating and an alloying element in a number of important alloys.

Pure Nickel wire mesh is manufactured from nickel wire with high purity not less than 99%. The most popular nickel wire mesh material is N4 and N6. The main nickel content of N6 is more than 99.5%. N2 has the highest nickel content of more than 99.98%. N8 has the lowest nickel content of 99% min.

Nickel wire mesh features excellent corrosion, acid and alkali resistance, high electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and ductility, heat resistance, wear resistance. Nickel wire mesh or low-alloy nickel wire mesh is useful in chemical processing because of its resistance to various chemicals including acid, alkali. It is also useful in electronics due to its high electrical conductivity. The Nickel wire can be also used in the heat exchange due to its thermal conductivity and ductility.
