Welded wire mesh panel is made of high quality welded wire mesh, with flat even surface, firm structure. It is extensively used in building, food, agriculture and so on.

Feature:
1.The welded machine welding mold it is made by 100% pure copper , the electric current higher 5% than normal welding molds .
The Shear strength joints in mesh it is 6.4KN that can meet the Australia Standard requested AS4671:2001 and ISO15630-2.

2.The mesh wire material used the Mild Steel wire to welded the mesh .  The  Wire welding break force is 18KN and the tensile strength it is 700map. 0.2% proof stress is 612 Map . That also can meet the Australia Standard  AS4671:2001.

3.The welded wire mesh panel can be make as Electro Galvanized After welded and hot dipped galvanized after welded .
The Electro Galvanized zinc layer it is : 15um and the hot dipped galvanized zinc layer it is maximum can be 200um .
For the hot dipped galvanized welded wire mesh panel we made the Corrosion for 96 hours . the test report meet AS2331.3.1-2001

4.Because zinc is a very stable chemical element, so it bear the difference weather and meet Different geographical climates
